When we first heard about Sabiti Salomon’s story, we knew we had to do something. At just four years old, he was the victim of a violent attack that almost cost him his life. At the time of the November 2021 attack, rebels had descended upon Ndoya, the village he called home, killing his parents and many others. He was feared dead but, by the grace of God, was found alive. His injuries were severe: rebels cut his left hand with a machete.
But what a difference prayer makes.

Following much prayer and medical intervention, doctors were able to save this young boy’s life and keep his arm from requiring amputation. We’re so grateful to everyone who heard his story and felt compelled to give. Thanks your generosity, we continue to be able to provide medical support for this young child. We are also very pleased to share that a donor has
stepped up to contribute monthly to his ongoing care and education.
Sabiti now joins the children and women in Not Forgotten’s care, living in the home receiving care, love and support. Praise God!
