Every time we share the story of Not Forgotten – the lives that are being transformed, the children receiving a second chance even in the midst of conflict – something happens. After sharing the heart of this organization at BBABC’s annual awards dinner, so many were touched.
One of them was Anthonia Ogundele, founder of Vancouver-based Ethọ́s Lab, a non-profit innovation academy supporting youth. At their open house recently, they hosted a fundraiser for Not Forgotten, donating the proceeds of their bake sale.

This support from the community will go a long way.
Christmas is our busiest time of year:
- We host an outreach program where upwards of 300-400 children come for a meal.
- All of this on top of our regular monthly commitments for rent, food and school fees
- We pay staff who work so hard caring for the children daily
Here’s what that outreach looked like last year:

The money raised from this bake sale is being put towards this year’s holiday outreach.

Just remember that even a little can go a long way.
We’re grateful for you.
